Assuming you have submitted an off-market property and are direct to seller, we will email you a JV agreement. Once you sign, our underwriting team will review the information provided and evaluate the deal. If all looks good Five-Star signs the JV agreement and we move forward with the dispositions process!
We will split the assignment fee 50/50, which is the highest bid from our investor network minus the price you are under contract with the seller(s).
